Easy as pie and without the guilt!
This delicious little treat is a perfect afternoon pick-me-up. The recipe below serves one.
- 1 scoop Creamy French Vanilla IsaLean Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup non-fat plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- In a single serving bowl, mix IsaLean Protein Powder and yoghurt
- Add in the blueberries and enjoy!
- Note: You can substitute other fresh fruit such as peaches, raspberries or strawberries. Add oats to taste.
